Magnolia Network Agreement (MNA)

The Magnolia Network Agreement (MNA) is a subscription that entitles you to:

  • deploy Magnolia Network Software (e.g. the Magnolia Enterprise Edition)
  • update and upgrade your Magnolia Network Software as often as you wish
  • frees you from the requirements of the GPLv3 license
  • receive unlimited hours of support on issues regarding installation and operation of Magnolia Network Software
  • access to enterprise documentation
  • access to the issue tracker
  • purchase additional support agreements


The main benefit of a subscription is that there is no up-front license to be paid. The Network Subscription commonly is booked as software maintenance cost. If you prefer upfront licensing, please contact us directly for a quote.

All prices are per server (virtual counts as physical) and per year unless noted otherwise. Amongst others, limitations to the number of processors, CPU's, Web-Application-Servers, and Magnolia instances per server may exist. Please read the Magnolia Network Agreement for all details. If you have any doubt what constitutes a server or how many licenses you need, please contact us. Swiss customers add 7.6% V.A.T.

Upgrades / prolongation

Your subscription to the Magnolia Network Agreement (MNA) will automatically be prolonged unless you (or we) cancel the subscription at least 30 days before it terminates. You will receive a new invoice with the new applicable subscription fees. Please read the MNA for details.

There are certain organizations whose purpose is to make the world a better place, and we are proud to help them achieve that.

Type of organization Description Discount How to proceed
Academic/educational Academic discounts are available for educational institutions. If you qualify, you receive a 25% discount on the MNA subscription price (some exceptions may apply). Please contact us. Proof of  educational status will be required.
Non-profit Non-Profit discounts are available for organizations which are:

  • non-profit
  • non-government
  • non-academic
  • non-commercial
in nature, that would not otherwise be able to afford a Magnolia Network Subscription. If your organization is philanthropic in nature then you probably qualify.
Official non-profit organizations and charities receive a 25% discount on the standard Magnolia Network Agreement subscription fee (some exceptions may apply). Please contact us. Proof of non-profit status is required.
